Townside Property Management has a full time staff of seven professionals dedicated to meeting all of your possible property management needs. Townside Property Management has been in business since 1976, and we have operated a Property Management Division since 1981. We currently manage over 650 rental properties of all types as well as homeowner’s and professional associations.

For Homeowners Associations
If you are a Homeowner Association Officer who is tired of the daily involvement required to self-manage your association, look no further.
We will take over the continuing duties of bill paying and arranging for maintenance, lawn care and snow removal contracts. We will also collect assessments and provide you with a complete monthly statement of expenditures, income, cash flow, year to date budget analysis and overdue assessments. We prepare the annual budget for the organization and make recommendations on long term maintenance requirements. The Townside meeting room, which is capable of holding 40 people is available free of charge for association meetings. In sum, we free the officers and board of your association from being tied down with daily chores and permit them to concentrate on major policy decisions.
